At Alpine, our mission is to help people pursue God. We understand that this task is not limited to our communities. God wants every community in the world to know Him. That is why Alpine sends a portion of our annual budget to help people outside of our church walls pursue God. We partner with missionaries all around the globe as they reach out to the hurting and the lost.
Alpine leads various short mission trips each year. On these trips, we partner with Alpine missionaries to help support the ministry they are doing in their area. We have taken trips for relief efforts after disaster, trips to work with orphan care facilities, trips to help the homeless and feed the hungry, trips to help plant churches and support young churches, and more.
Every year during the week between Christmas and New Year, we also offer a stay-at-home “Missions Week”. We partner with organizations like “Hands Across the Borders” and “Feed My Starving Children” to care for those outside our city, state, and country and to share the love of Jesus with them.
We are excited to be starting a new venture in Ogden in 2013. We are launching an Alpine Outreach Center in downtown Ogden, where we plan to partner with the community to offer tutoring, ESL classes, and a thrift store.
