WAYS TO GIVE:

  • Click HERE to give online.

Need help with online giving? Click here to watch the instructional video.

  • Give through the Giving Box (rear of the auditorium) at one of our locations on Sunday morning.

  • Mail checks to:

Alpine Church PO Box 843 Clearfield, UT 84089

  • A QCD, directly transfers funds from your IRA custodian, payable to a qualified charity. QCDs can be counted toward satisfying your required minimum distributions (RMDs) for the year. As long as specific rules are met.

In addition to the benefits of giving to charity, a QCD excludes the amount donated from taxable income, which is unlike regular withdrawals from an IRA. Keeping your taxable income lower may reduce the impact of certain tax credits and deductions, including, Social Security and Medicare.

Also, QCDs don't require that you itemize, which due to the recent tax law changes, means you may decide to take advantage of the higher standard deduction, but still use a QCD for charitable giving.

Check with your financial planner before starting your QCD.

  • One of the easiest ways to support Alpine Church without writing a check is by naming Alpine as a full or partial beneficiary of a retirement plan, pension, or life insurance policy. To make a gift to Alpine Church this way, contact your retirement plan, pension, or life insurance provider for a beneficiary change/update form.

You will need to add the following information:

Alpine Church PO Box 389 Clearfield, UT. 84089

    Tax Identification Number EIN:87-0677039

Need help changing your beneficiary? Contact Paula.

  • Gifts of long-term appreciated stocks and bonds are a smarter way to give because they provide a potential double benefit: You will be eligible for both a charitable tax deduction for the value of the securities on the day you transfer, and you may not be responsible for taxes on any gains from the time you acquired them. To make a gift of stock to Alpine Church, please provide the following to your broker to initiate the transfer:

Name of Firm to Transfer Securities to:

    DTC# 0164 Code 40

    Account# 5588-2893

Note to send with transfer: Your name and what you want the gift to support (i.e. Alpine Church)

Since you excel in so many ways—in your faith, your gifted speakers, your knowledge, your enthusiasm, and your love from us—I want you to excel also in this gracious act of giving.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

ECFA_Accredited_Final_RGB_Med.png

We strive to have the highest levels of integrity, transparency and accountability with the finances of Alpine Church. To this end, Alpine is certified through the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), an independent organization that verifies that churches meet the highest standards of financial transparency and integrity. This accreditation involves an extensive auditing and vetting process, as well as yearly reporting that goes far beyond what is required by the federal government. Check out this video below for more.
